We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant bath/shower. The location was very convenient for our needs, being close to the area of Birmingham we needed. We were also grateful for the onsite parking and the fact that the hotel was easy to find. The breakfast provided was really good, with a decent selection to choose from.
